Let Us Surf is a warm, family-run surf camp in Tamraght, a laid-back coastal village just south of the world-famous surf destination Taghazout and minutes away from legendary surf spots like Devil’s Rock, Crocro, and KM12.
Founded by Mounir, a true local who grew up riding the waves of the Moroccan Atlantic coast, Let Us Surf was born from a dream, and built with his own hands alongside his father, as they transformed their family home into a cozy and welcoming surf retreat.
Mounir’s better half, Julia, later joined the journey bringing her expertise in hospitality, guest experience, and marketing. Together, they run Let Us Surf as a shared passion project, blending authentic Moroccan culture with a love for the ocean.
At Let Us Surf, It’s Truly All In The Family.
Daily home-cooked meals, full of traditional Moroccan flavors, are lovingly prepared by Mounir’s mother Fatima and aunt Aicha (and trust us, guests often say it’s the best food in town!). Surf lessons are led by Simo, Mounir’s cousin and certified surf instructor, with support from other family members like Abdrahman and Hicham during weekends and holidays. At Let Us Surf, it’s truly all in the family.
Since welcoming our very first guests in early 2023, Let Us Surf has grown into a surf haven. It’s a place where people from all over the world come to connect, relax, and improve their surfing in a truly local and soulful setting.
With our roots deeply planted in the community and our heart open to surfers of all levels, at Let Us Surf we offer more than a surf holiday, we offer you a slice of real Moroccan life
